I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte on a 3-month project to improve the healthiness of UK takeaways. Together we assessed the challenges that many of these businesses face and instigated several improvements, both with consumer and restaurant in mind. Charlotte Radcliffe worked with us, at Highlight PR, on a PR & social campaign for Whole Earth peanut butter in the autumn of 2020. Charlotte helped us conduct the nutritional analysis of results from a survey of children’s eating habits at breakfast. She was extremely thorough, responsive and patient whilst also helping explain technical terminology in layman’s terms. She was a pleasure to work with and her analysis contributed to an extremely successful campaign for Whole Earth demonstrating the extremely high free sugar levels at breakfast for children and steps to reduce them.
