Integrated into business objectives through collaboration with senior executives and led cross-functional internal teams to implement tactics. Presented to a number of key stakeholders, including the Department of Health and British Nutrition Foundation.
  • Provided insights into emerging food and nutrition issues to help guide and influence business and brand plans.
  • Developed policies relating to the subjects of allergens, additives, and food labelling.
