Glass of fruity slush garnished with frozen raspberries, mint leaves and lime slice

Summertime Slush

Great for those hot summer days and they also make great ice lollies!

  • 80g frozen raspberries
  • 80g frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 lime (juice only)
  • Few sprigs mint
  • Handful ice
  • 200ml water


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a smooth but thick consistency.
  • Pour and serve with a straw.


If serving to a child this recipe will provide two portions.
