- 1 banana (frozen is best)
- 30g oats
- 1 cacao powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 100ml milk or plant based alternative
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt or plant based alternative
- Handful ice
- Take all the ingredients and place in a blender.
- Whizz up until you have a smooth consistency.
- Pour, serve and enjoy!
