Banana, Cacao & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen is best)
  • 30g oats
  • 1 cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 100ml milk or plant based alternative
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt or plant based alternative
  • Handful ice

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients and place in a blender.
  • Whizz up until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Pour, serve and enjoy!
