- 1 Banana (frozen is best)
- 30 grams Oats
- 1 Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 100 ml Milk or plant based alternative
- 2 tbsp Plain Yoghurt or plant based alternative
- Handful Ice
- 1. Take all the ingredients and place in a blender.
- 2. Whizz up until you have a smooth consistency.
- 3. Pour, serve and enjoy!
