Banana, Cacao & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (frozen is best)
  • 30 grams Oats
  • 1 Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 100 ml Milk or plant based alternative
  • 2 tbsp Plain Yoghurt or plant based alternative
  • Handful Ice

Instructions

  • 1. Take all the ingredients and place in a blender.
  • 2. Whizz up until you have a smooth consistency.
  • 3. Pour, serve and enjoy!
