About

Charlotte Radcliffe BSc (Hons), RNutr

The Nutrition Consultant Ltd. is a consultancy service founded and led by Charlotte Radcliffe; a highly experienced, degree qualified, Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), specialising in the food industry and workplace wellbeing.

Charlotte works independently, and with an array of expert associates, delivering projects to help businesses improve their social responsibility credentials; whilst helping navigate them through the complexities of public health and the legalities of nutrition advertising and labelling.

Having worked in the food industry for over 20 years, Charlotte has a unique combination of skills. She incorporates solid, evidence-based nutrition, communications and commercial expertise together with an in-depth understanding of food and ingredients. She has a strong food safety and technical background, and since qualifying as a nutritionist in 2007, she has performed many nutrition roles in the food industry (including working as Company Nutritionist for one of the world’s most recognised food brands). She utilises this experience and ability to work with a commercial “results driven” mindset to help a wide range of businesses handle the nutritional challenges they face in today’s public health arena.

Charlotte is registered with the Association for Nutrition (the only register of qualified nutritionists recognised by Public Health England) and is a member of The Nutrition Society, Nutritionists in Industry, and SENSE freelance nutritionists. She volunteers for the British Nutrition Foundation and mentors a number of nutrition students.
